Button one refers to the left mouse button. Button two is the right mouse click, or, if you're using a mouse without a left and right button, it is shift+click. Button three is pressing down the scroll wheel. Hope this helped! :-)
go to notch website or jeb website...download the 1.7.3 or a newer one and in app data > roaming > .minecraft > bin > delete minecraft and replace with your downloaded one then rename it from minecraft (1) to just minecraft

When creating a world, you have the option to enable cheats. (e.g /gamemode 1) This option is disabled by default. To enable it, simply press the button.

You can use the scroll wheel or numbers 1-0 on the keyboard.
There are no commands in minecraft PE as far as I know.
Just press options... go-to controls and fix there.
