(I think you have to get in from the back) then head all the way up to the top floor. There will be a man facing a board. Talk to him and he will tell you to take that Pokeball on the table which contains Eevee, and this Pokemon evolves into 5 different kinds of Pokemon: - Eevee into Vaporeon= Water stone - Eevee into Jolteon= Thunder stone - Eevee into Flareon= Fire stone - Eevee into Espeon= Happiness during the day - Eevee into Umbreon= Happiness at night...
