How do you catch the legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Crystal?

In crystal there are a lot of legendary Pokemon. Lugia and ho-oh are in the whirl islands and that tower guarded by bald men in ecruteak (not the burned tower) they are at lv. 45 and 70, based on some random, seemingly meaningless question somewhere in the game. Entei and raikou run around, they are really hard to find, since they are just in grass and appear randomly, but once you see them, you can see where they are with the pokedex. Watch out though, they will run away first chance they get. The only way around that is to use mean look (haunter) or a master ball. you only get one master ball, though, so good luck with the other one! Suicune is in a variety of places (in the open, not the grass) after seeing him about 5 times, you battle him, like any other legendary. Celebi is an event Pokemon. That means that in a place like seattle or something, they gave out an item. This one was the GS ball. I can't remember if you catch him with that, or if it just lets you battle him, but you take it to ilex forest shrine. I also believe that zapdos is in front of the power plant, moltres is in mt. silver, and articuno is in seafoam islands. Mewtwo still sits in his cave, and mew isn't in this game. Good luck!
