Way3(the way i used) - Get the game Pokemon channel, complete this weird gamecube game and after completion, Jirachi is up for grabs, just connect it with the GBA-GC link cable, and beat the Elite 4 on R/S, and he is yours! he comes at Lvl5 (mine at the moment is Lvl58!)
