I got close to is by not using the boost on Latias. Once you get close to it i would probably use the boost then otherwise it will go into the clouds.

The final deoxys event for Pokemon platinum ended. It was a download mission in Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs. You had to do it with 4 people. If you have the mission downloaded then you can get a deoxys everytime you beat the mission. Also to be able to play the mission you have to unlock the past missions in POkemon Ranger Guardian Signs.

Or get it from a friend.There isn't a Manaphy encounterment in Soul Silver (unless you cheat), but there is a Manaphy egg event for Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs and you can trade the egg to soul silver from Pokemon Ranger. You can then hatch the egg and it will be a Manaphy and the Manaphy is special because you can breed it to get a Phione. Also there might be a Manaphy event for soul silver coming up sometime later this year (2010). By the way you need to have a Wifi connection set up and you need to connect to wifi to get the Manaphy egg and the Manaphy from the event that may happen.only if it's traded from a different Pokemon game.

First of all, you have to clear the game. After that, Togekiss and Honchkrow appears in the sky. Honchkrow is in the area between Aqua Resort and Tilt Village. There is a chance to see Togekiss, Honchkrow, Pidgeot or Skarmory. Only one of them appears to the sky. I recommend you to use charged Latias/Latios sign so you can catch it. Hope this help!
