first get all jotoh and kanto gym bages then go to mr.Pokemon and he will give you a red(or blue in heartgold) orb go to the embed tower on rt.47 and you will see groundon(kygor in heartgold) if catch him take him to proffesser oak and he will ask u to catch kygor(groundon in heartgold) ask a friend to trade you then show both Pokemon to proffesser oak and he will give you a jade orb go back to the embed tower to catch raquaza. if u ko one of them they will appere next week.
