Once you do the tower at lavender town, you can get the poke Flute from mr. fuji, then you play it when you get to the snorlax. All you have to do is either battle it or try to catch it. If you use the item finder on the spot where you found snorlax,you will get the leftovers.
simple. get the pokeflute from Mr.Fuji and wake up the snorlaxes on routes 12 and 16. They are both at level 30.
there is only two snorlaxs' in the game you can find them on route twelve and 16. you have to get the poke flute to wake him up then battle him. they both r at lvl 30
