I know from experience that once you accept a quest, you cannot delete/cancel/dismiss a quest. I accepted several quests where I had to go into this crown bought place, though I hadnt got enough crowns. Fortunately, KI Did a special event 2 months ago on the 17-18th December, where english players could have free membership for the weekend. I'm not entirely sure but hopefully KI might do another event similar to that this year...just dont hold your breath.
