You can use a stair block, and put a signpost on either side of it, to create something that looks like a chair. Also, if you place a piston facing the sky, and put a redstone signal running under it, it will make it look like a saloon chair. The more simpler way is to place a slab(Half-block) on the fence post, and put signpost on 3 sides of the slab(Except for the front side). This way is simple and easy cost of materials but doesn't look realistic as the piston saloon-chair.
