Go to the little heart on the walk screen, then click breed. Then you can choose which of your dogs you want to breed, and it will say atempt breeding. i dont know how to breed with a dog that you dont own, only that you go to your dogs pg, go to edit, then type in how much you want someone to pay to breed with your dog. its ussually around 500 for a purebred, and about 50-100 dollars for mixed breed. then someone will request you, but i dont know what to do if you accept them. but you should make sure the other dog is healthy otherwise the pups wont be healthy
