You cant really burst the wifi in your Xbox 360. However, you can improve the routers wifi. Move the router around, make sure it isnt near a wireless phone. Make sure the router is near the middle of the house for the best result.
Also, check if there is any other people with the same provider has you (for example; sky). They will have ether the same or similar router as you, this will cause your wifi to drop. To solve this, change the channel of your router. You can Google this for many tutorials.
