To be a spy on Club Penguin you have to do these steps:
1.) First you have to be 30 days old.
2.) To know how old you are you click on the badge in the far right top corner.
3.) If you are old enough they will tell you and ask you if you want to take the test.
4.) Say yes and don't do self centered answers to the questions or they will say no that you can't be a spy.
5.) Once you are a spy they will give you a little phone to go to the HQ.
6.) There you can choose your missions and solve them.
