Well, you need to get your camera first. If you are not a member, it should appear on the Director screen every time you log on. If you're a member, click the blue tab on the left side and click "Claim Prize" on the camera. Then, put the camera on and throw snowballs at people who have gold stars at the bottom of their penguins. You can only throw a snowball at a person ONCE(Don't worry, it doesn't show up as a snowball, there wont be anything thrown)! It takes a long time, but keep claiming your prizes and you're a director.
