Have it learn fusion flare, and dragon pulse, or another powerful dragon type move. Also, you will need a water type. Any fast (very fast) water type will do. Again, Basculin is your best bet. Teach it waterfall and take out Alder's trump, Volcarona. Has to be around level 74. Have a sawk handy. You will need it to take out his bouffalant. Sawk should be 69-75.
