to beat junk on file three follow these steps... 1. cut him open 2. remove all the items using the pliers 3. next use the x-ray, you will see the order you need to cut the wires in. 4. carefully and slowly pull out the firing pins. 5. use the lighter to burn the three fuses 6. staple and close the cut you made THATS IT! caution/advice: everytime you mess up it takes off 10 seconds.
How do you unlock the secret files on amateur surgeon?
The first one you unlock when you get an 'A' on any patient. The second, when you put the PIMP plate in the Pimp, staple the "I". Then give him some staple nipple rings. That unlocks the second secret file. Beat the 3rd Act to unlock the 3rd secret file! :) the first one (bum) is actuall unlocked by getting 1,000,000 points, + make sure to have done all 3 files first.

This is a very hard one. i supposed you alredy know how to use the tools. When you get to the inside of the stomach, go for the nest first, just use the etchey sketchy, and then cut . when you cut use the battery until you zap the spider, then get rid of the poison and heal the hounds. Repeat this 3 times (im no sure) and then go for the eggs. Deal with them separatly. Then Just Close Up. Hope this helps. Bye
