On Time Tangled Island on Poptropica:
The Vikings (2 o'clock, 831 AD) are stranded because they've lost their Thor's Hammer amulet. Go to the Great Wall of China (6 o'clock, 1593 AD). The man with the amulet is at the top right (watch the falling bricks!), where you will play a challenge game. While there, go to the bottom right and get the barrel of gunpowder. You will need it to blast the rocks at the Vikings site (to recover the Greek vase hidden in the cave).
When you set off the gunpowder, you will enter the cave with a wooden torch, which will rapidly burn out. You must quickly locate the vase. Go down, up, up, up, across, down , and left, jumping three puddles of water at the end.

There is an axe and some armor at the top of the tall hill to the far right in 831 AD (the Viking time). To reach it, you will need the Glider Wings from Leonardo DaVinci (1516 AD, 4 o'clock on the time device). Climb to the top by the blocked cave, and leap up and right from the very edge. The Viking suit is an extra bonus, not a required item to be used on the island. (see related question)
The vase for Ancient Greece (1 o'clock, 328 BC) is in the blocked cave above the Vikings (2 o'clock, 831 AD). Go to the Great Wall of China (6 o'clock, 1593 AD), where you can get the Viking amulet as well as a barrel of gunpowder (far right). Deliver the amulet. Then take the gunpowder to the rock cave and blast it open. Once inside, your torch will begin to go out, so you have little time to reach the vase. Run down, up, up, up, across, down, and finally left. Jump over the three pools of water at the bottom. Use the time device to leave the cave.
The vase for Ancient Greece (1 o'clock, 328 BC) is in the cave blocked by boulders in the Viking time period (2 o'clock, 831 AD) and is slightly difficult to recover. You will need the barrel of gunpowder from the Great Wall of China (6 o'clock, 1593 AD), which is where you'd be going for the Thor Amulet as well. Both are on the right side of the Wall. Bring the gunpowder to the rocked-up cave on the hill at the Viking island. It will blast the rocks away and you can enter the cave. Unfortunately, you have only a torch to light your way and it is rapidly burning out. You have about 30 seconds to reach the hidden vase, and there are pools of water that will also put out the torch. You must run down, up, up, up, across, down and left, jumping three pools of water at the end. After you have the vase, you can easily leave using the time device.
You do not donate it. You return it to the guards at the Treasury (first building) at 328 BC. --- The vase for Ancient Greece (1 o'clock, 328 BC) is in the cave blocked by rocks in the Viking time period (2 o'clock, 831 AD) and is slightly difficult to recover.
