these are bonus stages add them as characters and some of them have a stage with them they only work with that stage
Nope. But if you use mugen and add all the characters from SSB, you get yourself a brawl mugen :)
you have to download a game then take the character data in win mugen
u need fighter factory and know how to use it
you cant you have to add them yourself
when you unzip the character put it or unzip it to the "chars" folder. Then copy the name of its folder. Now go to the "data" folder and open the select.def file with notepad or wordpad. scroll down until you see this line kfm, stages/kfm.def paste the name directly under . don't worry you don't have to do the stage thing unless your mugen is really old. hope this helps :)

No you can not
There are many mugen screenpacks . Most of which you can get at mugenation.net or mugen-infantry.net . when you find the one you want download from authors site and unzip to your mugen folder.there you go! NOTE: backup your select.def file before unzipping so you can add easier. :)
You put the characters in the "char" folder where you have installed mugen. Then add the characters and select a stage for everyone in "select.def" in the "data" folder.
When you download your character unzip it to your mugen folder. Then copy the name of the folder. Now go to the data folder and open " select.def " with notepad or word pad. Scroll down until you see this line: kfm, stages/kfm.def paste the name underneath it. (don't worry you don't have to put the stage thing unless your mugen is REAAALY old)
when you get it unzip it to your mugen folder. if it needs to replace the data folder backup your select.def file before to make adding easier hope this helps :)
