The Fog Badge. obtained from Morty in Ecruteak City
It is called the Fog skull not the recon skull. The Fog skull takes away your radar. If you are thinking that you get recon from some sort of skull you don't. Recon is from Vidmaster challenges. The Fog skull is at the beginning of the level when you first enter the city. As soon as you enter the city, look to the top of the building to your right, there should be a flood. Kill him AS HE JUMPS and he will drop the skull.
defog is no longer a hm move but if you want to get rid of it go to the place with fog on your birthday
i can't show you a map, but i can give u directions :) go to eterna city and exit the city to the mt. coronet entrance (go to the right) you need rock smash and strength to get through this map. when you see the exit to celestic town DON'T TAKE IT!!!! instead, head up and use strength to move the boulders. if you want, rock smash the rocks to the left of you to get a rare candy. Then, proceed up and go down the stairs. the room that you enter should be fog filled. Proceed upwards and the rest should be clear. hope this helps :) -hartm017 lol
