(I'm the person who asked the question) I managed to compile it successfully, yet I encountered issues when loading a game. I believe this is because I don't include the libs library in the compiling process because I don't know how. I have pspsdk, and I'm using command prompt and the makefile to compile.

You need Custom Firmware to start games, if you have that, make sure your GAME folder kernel is set to the correct version or you have gPsp in the GAME150 folder.
3 Games ( LCS-Liberty City Stories, VCS-Vice City Stories, CW-Chinatwon Wars ) If you have CFW and GPSP (GBA Emulator) you can play GTA-Advance. Use GPSP v0.9. The other versions don't work.

you cant because psp' constantly send info the the main "place" telling them if you ave it chipped or you have emulators soz Ok. First lean to spell, then get your facts strait, because you can put emulators on your PSP. It is a very hard process, and could ruin your PSP, but if it is really worth it to you then go right ahead.

As the PSP runs on it's own operating system unique to the handheld finding a working emulator on the computer can be a hassle and will often times result in crashes. However you can find a PSP emulator at websites such as emulator-zone.
