Well, to start, you have to go to the Options tab, click on settings, which will bring up a menu. Click on the Options tab on this menu and uncheck 'hide advanced settings'. After you have that done, open a ROM (game) like Mario 64 for example. Now click on the system tab and click on cheats to bring up the cheats window. (you probably already know that). Now right-click on an empty space in the cheat window and 'add new cheat' will appear. Click on that. Now another window will open up for you to enter in the cheat information. At the top, type in the name of the cheat in the 'name' box (i.e. Make Mario Invisible). Now put the code in the code box. The code must be in this format: (8 characters followed by a space and 4 more characters) example: 810F0890 0000. This code has only one line, but some codes may have many lines. If you have any notes about the code, you can enter those in the 'notes' box. When you've entered the name, code and notes, you can click 'add cheat'. There's your first code! The process may seem hard at first but after you do it once or twice you'll be able to add cheats without even thinking about it. Just make sure to have the 'hide advanced settings' box unchecked, or none of this will work. Good Luck!

Open a ROM => Options => Cheats => New and type whatever you want to there.
You can search it up or go to Emulator Zone.
Yes. try the emulator called project 64
You can't, sorry. Project 64 is an N64 emulator, so you can't play a Gamecube game (Wind Waker) on it.
