You can only get the sky forme of Shaymin in Platinum. You have to catch Shaymin in its land forme from Seabreak Path in Pokemon D/P, then transfer it from D/P to Platinum. You get the flower from a girl in Floaroma Town in Platinum. If your game isn't responding correctly then contact the makers or the shop. I highly recommend going onto the Platinum website and reading about Shaymin. It tells you about Shaymin's Sky Forme and how to get etc.

its on route 224, but its impossible to get to the path shaymins on i had a shaymin, but it wasnt legit, and my game screwed up....... Actually, in Diamond and Pearl (not Platinum), you can. Go to Route 224. Go up to the big white rock. Go to your right and you'll see a strip of land. Surf to it, and you'll be on the Seabreak Path. Go WAY up north, and you'll find Shaymin.
