the switch is on the left side (it wont be labled). Or the switch could be broken.
Bring your PSP to a game store (like Gamestop) and ask them to fix it.
It's only possible to turn on your PSP with an adapter for the PSP or a battery for the PSP.

Well, if you have a psp 1000, 3000 or baseplate your best bet is to see if the charger works. Mine went out so i borrowed a friends then got another cheap from ebay. If you have a PSVita (touch screen psp) then you should hold the power button for 20 seconds, when it comes on select 'restart vita system' and it will turn on as normal. hope this helps!

a "bricked" psp means the psp does not have the correct files to boot up properly a bricked psp wont do anything when you turn it on to "unbrick" is to put the correct files on the PSP without it booting up normally

Well it ussually means that it is dead but if not then its probably broken.
Replace the flasher relay.
you wont be able to turn the steering wheel so easily if you dont fix it you wont be able to turn it at all
That happened to my catera too and it was just two blown fuses so get a fuse tester and test the fuses or take it to a shop and have them fix it for about $80
