To teach Smeargle False Swipe you need to find a Pokemon to fight that knows False Swipe. Make sure Smeargle has at least one copy of the move Sketch. During the battle with the Pokemon that knows False Swipe use Sketch after the opposing Pokemon uses False Swipe. If done correctly your Smeargle's Sketch should permanently turn into a False Swipe.
If both parents have the same set of moves, the eggs inherit the first two.
There is no TM False Swipe it is a move tutor that is hidden somwhere in the game. -- Scyther learns false swipe at level 16 and Marowak learns it at level 39. If they are past those levels go to Two Island and you can get the move tutor to teach the move to them. You need mushrooms to pay the tutor. Paras and Parasects are often holding mushrooms.
Nope. But he is really cool. Every ten levels he learns sketch which then can be used to teach him literally any move.
You Need A Male Smeargle To Use Sketch On A Pokemon That Uses Pursuit And Then Use Sketch On Another Pokemon That Uses Ice Punch. When You have Done That Breed The Smeargle With a Female Weavile/Sneasel And Wa La You Have A Weavile That Knows Ice Punch And Pursuit But You Need The National Dex To Catch Smeargle Without It You Cant Make Weavile Learn Them 2 Moves Because It Impossible
The move tutor lives in Two Island, you need to bring two tiny mushrooms or one big mushroom and your Pokemon needs to be able to learn False Swipe. The only ones I know from the top of my head are Marowak (lvl 39) and Scyther (lvl 16). To be able to find the mushrooms, go to Mount Moon and catch Paras, they are often holding them. Or teach the move Thief that you found in Mount Moon to one of your Pokemon and have them use the move on the Paras to steal their mushrooms.
Spiderman or Batman they're both so good.
go to veilstone store and buy false swipe and teach it to a stronger Pokemon and just attack with false swipe until it wont go anymore it always leaves them with at least 1hp

you catch him at the very end of the mistralion cave (tip:get him paralized teach a Pokemon false swipe and then use false swipe and get him down to one health and then the your pokeball and vuala) you might want flash also wich you get at castelia city in the ally second to the last on the left side.
Metal claw is not a crystal version move, false swipe is garbage for battles, teach him harden, swords dance, and keep slash, but quick attack has to go for another type move

grovlye, sceptile, nincada, and zangoose learn it by leveling up. nincada learns it at lvl. 25, and zangoose learns it at lvl. 55. im not sure about Pokemon that can learn it by TM tho... hope this helps! =] marrowack can learn it not sure what level though -------------------------------------------- EDIT: There is no TM for the move False Swipe in the Ruby/Sapphire games, unfortunately, only in Diamond/Pearl. -------------------------------------------- lvl 100 wurmple, zigzagoon, magman, pikachu and electrike
First, you get a Gastly and teach it Mean Look and Hypnosis. Then search for Mesprit. You pick mean look as the first move and then switch to a high-level Pokemon that knows False Swipe. Keep using False Swipe until you've gotten it down to 1 health. If you still can't catch it, use Hypnosis and try to catch it again.
smeargle can only know one move and you can't teach it with a TM
