SteveYou can teach Swampert Curse by passing the move over to a new offspring in order to accomplish this you will need a female Swampert and then you will need to have a male Pokémon compatible with Swampert that will have Curse as one of its four moves and those Pokémon would include Slowpoke, Turtwig, Bidoof, Tirtouga, Bergmite, Bulbasaur, Lickitung, Rhyhorn, Lapras, Snorlax, Wooper, Corsola, Larvitar and Aron and then you will need to place the 2 of them in the Daycare and you will receive your egg that will eventually hatch into a Mudkip that will know Curse.
