There are two ways to change your Sim's name.
1: Click on City Hall. In the pie menu that pops up, click on Change Name... and click on the Sim's name you would like to change. A box will come up, pausing time, and you may type in your Sim's new name!
2: If you're on a Windows computer, press CTRL, SHIFT and C, holding down the keys as they are pressed (no commas), and a long blue box will appear, pausing time. Type in testingcheatenabled true and then press enter. Then find the Sim you would like to rename, and press the SHIFT key and click on him/her. From the pie menu that appears, click on Edit in CAS... and it will bring you to the Create a Sim screen with that Sim. Click on Basics, then on First Name. Delete your Sim's old name and type in their new name!
