Fighting pokemons with almost the same level.
you need to get him to level 35 to evolve but you cant make him evolve by the day care.
It's hard without cheating for rare candy so you need patience
You can't, idiot.
You can't make the eggs hatch faster, but you can play Pokemon Crystal Version on the Nintendo 64 with Pokemon Stadium 2 which has an option to increase the gamespeed.
Since your Pokemon gain exp for each step you take, making your character take more steps than normal (like, ride a bike or something) will make your Pokemon level up faster.

No.
if your Pokemon level ups, its happiness will increase automatically. but if you give your Pokemon a soothe bell, its happiness will increase faster, and it will evolve faster (by certain Pokemon). also return will do more damage
Yes, there is one way to make your Pokemon level-up faster than normal. Receive any Pokemon through a trade and it will earn extra experience points each time you send it into battle, meaning you can get it to lv 100 faster.
There isn't another way besides the day care.
When Shroomish reaches level 23, it will evolve into a Breloom... If you can beat the Pokemon League repeatedly, then give your Shroomish an Exp Share and make your strongest Pokemon beat the League... This way, any low level Pokemon with Exp Share will surely level up really fast...
You make a pokemon level X in pokemon HG or SS but a level X is a level 100 but it wont say level X for the level

All you have to do is challenge the elite four consestently. If you havent beaten them yet still consestently battle them. Eventually you will beat them and have high level pokemon. well you can train a traded pokemon, thet get more exp then you oringal pokemon or give a pokemon exp share.
You just have to keep training hard. Level it up continuously. Battle hard trainers with tough Pokemon to make the time to faster.
