If you have one of the DS Pokémon games (Pearl, Diamond or Platinum) and you have pokerus, consider yourself lucky. First of all, the virus is only beneficial, and when your Pokémon loses the virus, the only difference is that it cant spread it, but the effect still stays. You should know that pokerus dissapears after a few days, but there is a technique you can use so you don't loose it. After the pokerus has been active for two or three days, at the stroke of midnight the Pokémon in your party will become imune and cured (they loose the virus). However, Pokémon in the PC keep the virus because the PC pauses the status of the virus. So it is actually quite simple to keep the virus going. Infect Pokémon and keep them in the PC, empty your party of infected Pokémon in the PC until midnight passes. Trust me this works, I did a lot of research on the virus when I first discovered my Pokémon had it.

If you get a Pokerus, then you're very lucky. So keep the Pokemon that you want to get the Pokerus spread to, and keep them in your party. As you travel, the Pokerus will gradually spread to all of the Pokemon in your party. Another great note - If you want every single Pokemon you have to get Pokerus, then keep one Pokemon with Pokerus in your PC Box. I think the Pokerus doesn't go away there, so you can keep on spreading Pokerus to every other!
Pokerus is a virus that infects your Pokemon. It catches this virus from a wild Pokemon that also has pokerus. If you keep a Pokemon with pokerus in you party, your other party members will also get this virus. However, this is a good virus as it doubles the EVs you earn from battles. Your Pokemon will eventually lose pokerus in four days but you can preserve it by keepin it in PC and allowing your other pokemons catching it.
You personally can't do that unless you catch a wild Pokemon already infected with pokerus then as long as you keep it around the virus will spread to other Pokemon.
First of all, get pokerus. Second of all, put different Pokemon in your party with the one who caught pokerus. Keep switching Pokemon til' they're all diagnosed. Note: Pokerus doesn't last forever.
You cannot cure Pokerus yourself since once Pokemon are infected with it then they will keep it forever however each new day (up to 4 days) the game will decide whether to cure the infectious nature of Pokerus or not. Pokerus is a good thing to have since it will double the amount of EVs that the infected battling Pokemon will earn when an opponent Pokemon is defeated and as long as it remains contagious it can spread Pokerus to other Pokemon in your party however the game will not get rid of the contagious or infectious nature of Pokerus if the Pokemon is placed in a PC Box.
