You find any House Maid NPC and select the option "I want to go to my house." You'll be ported directly there, and when you leave your house (again through the NPC there) you'll return to the House Maid NPC where you originally left. Also, you can use a "Home-Sweet-Home" rune (available in the Item Shop) which will port you to your house from any location.
