well u cant.... the only way is if u have a GameShark or its for PC. so u can put in a code and it will pop up. any Pokemon u want. it could be giratina even though its not in the game.

Well, you can, but it will take damn long. When Professor Birch tells you to take a Pokemon out of the bag, you walk up to the bag and save. Then, you pick the Pokemon you want, if it isn't a shiny Pokemon, reset the game and repeat, but remember it will take damn long.
