What I found most useful as a non-member to make money and get like 40 crafting leves in a week was to make gold amulets from gold bars. All you need is like 1k gold bars, an amulet mold and time. They sell at max in the G.E. because people are always trying to string them. 5mill a day you might not make, about 1mil if you work hard is probable. I don't know exact prices so this might not help at all but none the less it is a good way to train crafting too. Another tid-bit that i found very helpful was the great orb project, you need 50+ rune crafting, after about 200 games you will have about 5m is u spend it all on rune essence, if u spend it on talies you will probably get 1-2m more.
