You can not. Because of two simple reasons: 1. Minecraftforum doesn't support the deleting of accounts, and 2. You don't need to. If you simply just leave your account like it is, you won't get into problems with it.
If you want to delete it due to personal information, you can edit it in your profile page. Else, there is not a good reason to delete your account. If there was an easy way, some people may find it funny to try and find the passwords of others and delete their accounts, so bad idea having that function.
