catch a wobbuffet in the safari zone (this is very important) because you must use it to weaken latios with it. Train it to a high level if you thought it was too weak to battle latios. pack some good pokeballs. fly to lilycove city (if youre already in lilycove, you still need to fly). go to the tall grass to find it. run when you see other Pokemon or it will make your hp low and there a long time to find latios. if you don't find it, FLY back to lilycove's Pokemon center (you must use fly!!). then go to the tall grass to search again. keep repeating this until you found it. then use wobbuffet to battle to prevent it to flee. be careful don't kill it! its some kinda medium leveled Pokemon.
