well ya go to mossdeep and wate until the guy says rocket no.100 has been launched then get on the rocket and youl get to jirachi/jirashii whatever ya like to call it .i dont know if it works i have emerald and i never got him/her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! by THE BIG D!!!
