How can I know if my wii is wired or not?

All Wii Consoles are capable of Wired or Wireless connections. To confirm which connection you're using:

1. Go to Wii Settings
2. Scroll right once and click internet
3. Click Connection Settings

You'll have three different connections; The button that is highlighted is the connection you're currently using. Each one will say either Wired, Wireless, or None on the right side of the button depending on how you've set them up.
