to get past the first boulder you need a Pokemon that knows strength as soon as you enter the cave you should see a boulder walk over to it so that you are above it and use strength once you are able to move boulders move EXACTLY according to these arrows one false mistake could cost you to have to walk out the cave or even start over
down, right 5 times, up twice, right 7 times, up twice, right once, down once
if you did this correctly the rock should be over the white circle with the red ring and you should be able to pass but walking out of the cave or going down a ladder will reset it
