There are probabaly only 2 ways you can get more than 1 master ball on emerald. 1 you can use cheat codes or a game shark or 2 you can clone. in order to clone you have to beat the E4 (elite 4) and unlock the battle frontier. then you go to battle tower and go to the computer. put the items you want to clone into the PC with a Pokemon, and pick any Pokemon that is eligible to take the challenge in your party, and then save your game. go back to your PC and retreive the items and then go to the nearest lady and take the open level challenge. it will lag for a few seconds and then she will ask you would you like to take take the challenge, at that point don't press anything, just turn off your game. then turn it back on and voila you should have the items in your bag and in the comp. too
