this is how 2 get a gs ball really works i tried this and i got a lv 1 celebi !!! heres how this works ::: talk 2 prof.oak once u compleate the kanto pokedex then he will say can you deliver this to a dilivery man in the Pokemon league say yes and he will give u a gs package.you then go 2 the Pokemon league and inside u will see a guy in green talk 2 him once he will say thanks and what not talk 2 him once more and he will say 2 keep the things he don't need and he will give u a gs ball
