Well, you just kill monsters. Put your attack into defend mode, and then you will get defence exp. Check what is your denfence level in the skills page.
I attacked moss giants in the Varrock sewers until I got to level 60 attack. They have good drops, especially for members. Also, attack red spiders in the Varrock sewers or Hill Giants in the building next to Barbarian Village. Completing quests also give you experience in some areas.
well a dds is a weapon that has poison and a special up to 100% Rushers/Zerkers/Ancienters use it mainly all kinds of levels that have 60 attack and stuff you can get A DDS dds + dds ++ dds+++ i think.
All dragon weapons require LV 60 Attack to weild. However some might require some quests to be completed to weild. At any level, you can purchase Dragon Weapons.

There is really only one way to get a significant amount of attack experience: fight. You can use an attack style that only gives you attack experience, that way you get more attack experience (but no defense and strength experience).

You must have at least Strength level 60 to push the boulder out of the way OR Agility level 60 to navigate the crevice next to the boulder.The Fastest way is to TrollHeim Teleport and go down the mountain. Go towards the throwing troll and on your minimap you can see it all going snowy. This is where the boulder it located.
