There is no Exp. Share in Pokémon Yellow Version, nor is there one in Red or Blue, as the Item-holding mechanic was not added until Generation II. Instead, the game provides an item called the Exp. All, which divides the Experience your Pokémon receive in battle among all of the Pokémon in your party, while it is in your Bag. It is obtained from Professor Oak's aide on Route 15, if you have registered at least 50 Pokémon on your Pokédex.
