Please Note: This event is currently only in Australia and it is only between 5th and 16th November at any EB Games and K-Mart store. And before you do this make sure you have 1 empty slot in your party before you start this.Boot up your Nintendo DS system and load your Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum game. Instead of loading your save file, though an option that you should have already unlocked in-game, go in to "Mystery Gift". Select "Recieve Gift" and then "Via Wireless". You should receive Arceus, but not fully. Now go back and load your save file and go in to any Poké Mart at all. Talk to the man in green and he will give you give you a parcel - your Arceus. Arceus is at level 100. Once all of this is done SAVE IT. If you don't save it, you will lose Arceus totally!

When is the Arceus event in Pokemon HeartGold?
There isn't a date for the Arceus Event in Pokemon HeartGold (unless you mean the event where you get Arceus). When you send over any Arceus into your HeartGold game, the event is activated. You'll have to go to the Ruins of Alph in order to do the event.
