if your talking about halo 2 or 3 no not legally anyway. for halo 1 though you "could" load an xbox emulator onto your ps3 and play it like that but most of the emulators for ps3 are quite buggy still.
There are no working PS3 emulators. The PS2 system has some poorly working emulators that can barely manage to complete some PS2 titles with a lot of work and very poor results on over half the titles. The much more complex PS3 system does not have a working emulator, but it could still be illegal to download Sony Software if it was included in the emulator even if the emulator does not work
There are currently no PS3 emulators available. Even the PS2 emulators do not work very well and have to be helped along to allow you to finish the game. Many Game titles are not even able to complete the loading process or can not be completed no matter how much time and effort is expended. The best of them is still in beta stage and the rest are not even active.
ps3 emulator emulates, copies the function of the ps3 games on your computer, if you have the roms of the game. Till now there are no emulators for ps3, but PS2, there are three of'em, PS2emu, NeutrinoSX2 (not recommended for commercial games) & PCSX2 (highly recommended). Quote from Wikipedia on PCSX2 "several games have full functionality" not quite what the PS2 does is it. see related link to see how worthless the emulator is when the alternative is buying a PS2 for less than $100. no wonder there is no PS3 emulator
no it can't not unless there is a hack out or something I'm actually looking into that right now. It'd be pretty cool wouldn't have to use emulators anymore and you'd get 100% compatibility
