When you create your Toontown account, it takes the IP of the computer.
So when you create a Toontown account to hack on, they can compare the IP's and if they see your hacking. All your toontown accounts will be gone. So Yes, all your accounts do get banned, and you will NEVER be allowed to play again, (aka a IP ban)
