Your graphic card doesent have any pixelshader (shader model), you have to upgrade your graphic card or upgrade you drivers in ati.com or yours computer website. If you have 256 or 512 in ram you can upgrade it to and it will go smoother in games

The nvidia geforce FX series and 6000 series & up all have support for at least 2.0. this is true but not for all geforce series. you would have to have a 2000 to 3000 power on your nvidia grapghic card.
