No... just... no. Compare the design, build quality, and especially price of the two, and you'll see such a gaping difference that you could drive a train through it.

Higher than tool grade steel, lifetime warranty, seven points of contact in the teeth (vs. two point, even in other professional brands such as Mac, Matco, and Cornwell).
