Hate to burst your bubble, but The Sims 3 doesn't have a stroller :( But you can carry your child around the neighborhood! :D trust me, i have the game.

Actually, if you install Generations there are a variety of strollers to choose from. There are double strollers and single strollers. Don't listen to the unexperienced players, they most likely only have the base game. "Trust me, I have the game".
