If you really want to completely delete your town and rebuild there is a fast and easy way to do this. When you start your DS, it will ask you Continue, Tag Mode, Other Things, and Never Mind. Choose Other Things. When you do it will pull up another list for you to choose from. Choose rebuild town. It will delete your entire town and all will be reset. You can then obviously rebuild and restart! I hope I helped you! ^-^
