Garry's Mod doesn't have its own sound effects and stuff, so you have to add them. I've been trying to find a way how to add my own sound effects to Garry's Mod, but I haven't found out a way yet.
In what way don't they work? If sound doesn't come out of them, the sound files for the noteblocks may be missing from the game files. If you can't craft them, the recipe for the noteblocks may be missing.
If you have the new headphones like I do then flick the switch till it's green and you should be able to talk with the old one I'm not sure but it should be in the Manuel.
No. The material monsters are no longer considered 'on the field' and none of their effects are active.Because they are not considered to be on the field, effects that specifically trigger when they go from field to graveyard will not activate either. For example if a Sangan is an XYZ material, it will not trigger its monster search effect when it goes to the graveyard. However if the monster does not say it has to come from the field, such as Dandylion, then these effects will trigger when they go to the graveyard.
More than likely, it was Gaz. He was basically shot in the face at the end of MW2, which would explain why he wears that mask. Also, they have to same voice actor. Yes this is very likely. In mw2 Ghost died however infinity ward stated that he sort of wasn't. Perhaps he will come in as a younger person, or the same voice actor will do another character.
The voice of Brock in Pokemon has come from 3 main people: Eric Stuart (USA, anime, season 1-8) Bill Rogers (USA, anime, season 9-present) Yuji Ueda (Japan, anime)
Garry's Mod has now updated and includes all features of 13 Beta

With his voice box by opening his mouth and letting the sound come thru...
From the same word, phone, meaning voice or sound
Voice recorders can be a great item for the student, musician or reporter. These compact little devices can be used for interviews, to tape lectures, or to record live music. They come in handy for the forgetful person or for the slow writer who needs to rehear things when taking notes. They can be used to create special effects as well. Most voice recorders come with special features and will record hundreds of hours of sound.
Phone comes from the Greek word phōnē which means sound or voice.
Doesn't work anymore, but it did come with 9,the first one but on the sourc engine build of 9.
Come On Get Higher by Matt Nathanson.
Try going to the options and turning the sound effects on and off, then tap a few things to make a sound. Do this several times and the sound might turn back on. If not, just turn the device off and on (press and hold not simple tap) afterwards the sound will definitely come back on.
It actually comes from the Greek root 'phon-', meaning 'sound.' It isn't a Latin derivative.
He has a very normal voice. His voice has been through the change and he doesn't sound like a little boy anymore so maybe you need to listen to the later album.
It is a noise that does not come from an instrument like if a song is about a sea, you could have a wave sound as a special effect.
