Does a Nintendo Wii cause seizures?

I've never had a seizure in my life, but i played like Wii Boxing game for 2 hours and later on(in the same day) while i was driving i had like flashes in my vision pulled over at a restaurant they told me i had a seizure i can't remember i just woke up at the ER, i think its cause I've played alot, so be careful.

now im on Lamictal , for 2 years, haven't had another seizure ever since the Wii thingy.
