Unfortunately, the only way Square Enix has made Chrono Trigger available is through a port of the original game (SuperNes) made for the Nintendo DS.
Dragon Ball Z originated as a manga in 1984, written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama. Chrono Trigger is a game originally for the Super Nintendo by Square (now Square Enix). However, Akira Toriyama was on the production team as a designer for Chrono Trigger.
Not likely, Geno is owned by Square Enix and even though Square Enix and Nintendo still do business it's very unlikely to see any SMRPG elements be cemented into anything, anytime soon. But it would be good to see them again, would it not?

The Chrono video game franchise is developed by Square Enix, formerly known as Square, who also publish the games. The games have received mostly very positive reviews.
Chrono Cross is a type of music found in video games manufactured by Square Enix. It first began in 1995 when composer Yasunori Mitsuda came up with the musical lyrics for this soundtrack to the game. It was originally released as a bonus to those who pre-ordered the game Chrono Cross.
After Chrono Trigger (SuperNES, Nintendo DS), came Chrono Cross (Play Station), which is in many aspects, a continuation of the Chrono Trigger story, told through the lens of a new character, Serge. The plot starts as a near re-creation of a Japanese choose-your-own-adventure type game, Radical Dreamers. In Chrono Cross, Lavos is gone, but in his place is FATE, and the Time Devourer. Serge doesn't time travel, but rather crosses through two parallel dimensions. The music, like that of Chrono Trigger, is incredible. It's definitely worth a run if you can find a copy and the platform with which to play it. As for further games, nothing is official, and fans have been hoping and begging for years. However, Square Enix's insistence on vanquishing all attempts at fan-made games give many hope that plans to make a third game might be in the works at some point.
