poker cards are made out of paper. Poker cards can be made out of 100% plastic, which is used in many competition, as they do not mark, and they do not scuff and get worn nearly as easily as paper/ plastic coated cards. Another plus is that when folded they snap back flat, and so plastic cards don't crease, allowing cards to be bent without damage. 100% plastic cards are more expensive than plastic coated cards but last for up to 100x longer.

I assume you mean "Do you ante up in poker after you look at your cards?" No, you do not. If there is a table ante it is done before the cards are dealt. When you have your cards, you have the option of betting/calling/raising/checking/folding. Thanks and please use English!

It is said that when playing poker if you can't figure out who the mark is, it is probably you. If you show up to a poker game with your best pair of poker dice it is fairly certain those who you are playing poker with will know who the mark is. Poker is as much skill as it is chance. In fact, those who are really good often win with no hand at all. Poker dice can be a fun game of chance, but it isn't poker. You could never win a game with a losing hand with poker dice. In that regard, one pair of dice is as good as any other.
That is entirely up to you. There is no advantage to you either way.
